Returns for Allora by Laura online purchases are accepted within 14 days of order receipt for a refund to the original payment method. If 14 days have passed since the date of receipt, your return will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached. 

We are happy to accommodate returns for full priced clothing, shoes, and some accessories excluding fine jewelry. Please note that any items purchased on sale are considered are only eligible for store credit or exchange within the 14 days order receipt window.

To return your product, please email orders@allorabylaura.com to request a return authorization number and complimentary ground shipping label.

You are welcome to ship your return via a courier of your choice. In such case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as Allora by Laura is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
